Terms of Service

Welcome to Hireshot. By placing an order you agree to the terms below. They're written plainly because nobody reads legalese.

1. What you get

You upload selfies, we train a temporary AI model on them, and we generate a gallery of headshots that you can use commercially. Files are yours after payment clears.

2. What you upload

You must own (or have rights to) every photo you upload. Don't upload photos of other people without their consent. Don't upload photos of minors. Don't upload anything illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit.

3. How we use your data

Your photos and trained model are stored encrypted and used solely to generate your pack. We never train shared models on your face. All artifacts are auto-deleted 30 days after delivery.

4. Refunds

If your headshots don't look like you, email us within 7 days for either a free retrain or a full refund — your choice, no questions asked.

5. License

You receive a perpetual, worldwide commercial license to use your generated headshots however you wish: LinkedIn, websites, ads, books, presentations, press kits. They are functionally yours.

6. Limitation of liability

Our liability is capped at the amount you paid. AI generation is probabilistic — we deliver pack quantities specifically because some shots will be near-misses. We don't guarantee any specific image looks a specific way.
