Hireshot is operated from the EU under GDPR. Your face is yours and we treat it that way.

Data we collect

• Your email address (for delivery and support)
• The selfies you upload
• The headshots generated from them
• Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see your card

How long we keep it

All photos, generated outputs, and trained models are deleted automatically 30 days after your order completes. Order metadata (email, amount, date) is retained for 7 years to satisfy EU bookkeeping obligations.

• Vercel — hosting and Blob storage (EU regions)
• Neon — Postgres database (EU region)
• Stripe — payment processing
• Replicate — AI training and inference
• Resend — transactional email

Your rights

Email support@hireshot.nl to access, export, or delete your data at any time. We respond within 30 days as required by GDPR.
